Sorry, I got carried away there. Anyways, I'm back on track this week. I took a little "time off" for a few weeks and was lazy with my food (didn't count calories), but kept my exercise up so I wouldn't gain. The break was definitely nice, but this weight won't lose itself so... back to business.
