I've been avoiding the gym this week. I don't know why. I am tired, and feeling really disorganized. Also my sticking to my point is out the window. Luckily none of that is reflected at the scale... EXCEPT, imagine the weight I would have lost if I had stuck to that. Like seeing below the number 311..?
Tonight I can't go to the gym (lost phone Monday need to get to pick up new one tonight) but I may end up doing laundry which will involve up and down 4 flights of stairs several times, carrying lots. We'll see but I need to get the gym in 3 times still this week which means Thursday friday and saturday, and I will stick to my diet beginning today.
This is me climbing back on that crickety old wagon. I won't get to my goal weight by my birthday (a week from today) but maybe by the end of the month still. And maybe if I am lucky I will see what comes below 311 by my birthday. We'll see what I cam accomplish in a week :)
Oh and I am challenging myself to drink a gallon of water a day!
