An interesting week for me: to remind myself I can and I will, to reset my perceived hunger patterns, to get back on track in a strict way.

I started at midnight on Sunday with a 60 hour water only fast. I'm now on morning 3 of a 3 day Egg Fast (back to normal keto eating from dinner today). I am noticeably smaller in my waistline. I think I've dropped 5kg (3kg of which would be bloat that I always loose in my first week back on keto) and I feel proud of myself for not tripping up at all. Willpower and determination are still alive and well. Now I know I can stick to keto properly instead of being as naughty as I saw myself be in 2020.
69,2 kg Bisher verloren: 13,1 kg.    Still to go: 6,9 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
