I had a cheat day yesterday and gained a little weight as a result and I’m not even worried about it...because in the long run everything is going to work out! I hope that your day gets better, take care!

It happens... a little extra salt, menstruation, or even consumption of something that you don't normally eat can all cause fluctuation..... When I was at my highest weight, I gained 10 lb and then I lost inches for 3 months before I lost my first pound again..... keep at it, loss is coming, you got this, and we got your back!!!
