I've had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed so since I haven't been able to eat solid foods the weight is definitely dropping. I also have been avoiding fast food and making healthier choices these past few weeks leading up to my surgery. I'm hoping that after I'm able to go back to solid foods I can get back into my calorie deficit and plan a work out schedule.
