Ok so I’m about to start a week long holiday in along Garden Route and Kenton on Sea. I’m a bit nervous about it and my eating plan, but will learn to be gentle on myself. If I gain, I gain. It’s all about portion control abs staying active! Will only weigh in again next Sat when I’m back. ❤️❤️❤️

Enjoy the off time and yes, be gentle with yourself! When I went to the sea a while back, I didn't mind what I ate but I walked a lot during the day and was quite active. After that week I ended up not picking up any weight ☺️☺️ so enjoy yourself! And then maybe just have a short walk in the evenings 💜
