Just measured my statistics and although a long time since I first did it, I have lost 11.5" overall. Boobs 40.5" Waist 35" Hips 42" Arms 12" Thighs 22.5." Was. feeling really down in the dumps this morning but this has given me a bit of a lift. I know I've still got a way to go but onwards and upwards. 😊
