Been slacking on my regimen past couple weeks. Just maintaining the daily macros, eyeballing quantities and clocking in the minimum at least one workout session a day. Still worked out..but I feel it’s better to keep track of things like how I was doing before.
Initial target goal achieved, lost 10kgs in about a month and a half. Now setting new goals and modifying my routine to incorporate high intensity workouts, targeting more muscle groups, gradually increasing weights to progressive overload, shedding off the body fat and getting more definition. Let’s get it! 💪🏼
