I BLEW IT MAJOR THIS WEEK! And to think the reallyyyyyyyyyy big holday (CHRISTMAS) isn't even here yet. Lord Help me please!
HOWEVER, On The Brighter Side!!!!!!!!!! I went in yesterday for a biometric health screen, the results: other than my bmi being 32 all other #'s were good &/or within range! YEAH!!!!! Once I get the bmi down, then all the other #'s should look even better.
