I'm using a new app that automatically counts net carbs. I was having a hard time being accurate because I didn't feel like I could just subtract the fiber from a daily total. I ended up eating WAY too many carbs. I like the community style of this app but it needs some upgrades. I wish they could add a net carb feature, but I always come back to this. I used to do it with my mom and now she's gone.
I'm going to use all the tools I have until it gets done. I'm going to use every trick in the book to change my lifestyle. I don't care what anyone says, if I fall...I get back up. You only live once!

Just you wanting to be so accurate - you’re going to do well, just stay on track. i’ve been where you’re at and I slowly have taken it off, but I’ve got a ways to go myself. Yet, I’m just staying on track as much I can, and this app can use improvements! Love it though. Happy Saturday!🌺

If you go into the food diary, you can select net carbs to be shown.

That's great! There's all the resources on the internet you could think of to change your lifestyle. Changing your lifestyle is the most I.portent thing and it's the hardest road you will take. I wish you luck!
