Been dwindling from below 70 to 70.8kg these past few weeks so it's quite frustrating teetering on this plateau - annoying actually - but I also know that I am terrible at weekends not counting kilojoules then at all. Have been good sticking around the 6000kj every day so far this week, but I know that tomorrow might be tough as I'm meeting a friend for breakfast and that usually means fried eggs, bacon and the whole nine yards. But, I am planning on an extra half hour workout on Saturday morning and I'll be vaccuuming and mopping then too so hopefully that helps a bit. I should probably just be glad not to be gaining too much this season so I can get back to targeting my goal in January. Two weeks from today it will be Boxing Day - another day of pigging out and lots of dessert - and drinking. Give me strength!!!
