Woohoo! I'm back down where I should have been a few days ago. Okay, I'm still annoyed and a little perplexed at the gain, but, oh well. Bottom line is I'm down 2.4 pounds. I went into reactionary mode, and dropped my fat a little, cut my carbs in half, and bumped up my protein intake. The calorie deficit was actually higher than I wanted, because I ended up getting more exercise than planned. Averaged over the last 4 days, I'm perfect, calorie-wise, but yesterday was too low as an individual number.

Today, I will continue to cut into the carbs, but will work hard to get my macros in before 10 pm. This is where Kingkeld's IF 8/16 program might really be good for me. Maybe I need to establish an eating window so I don't end up trying to slam a pound of turkey just before bed. Of course, as Scooby says, when you eat is much less important than what you eat. (But, when you eat often dictates what you eat, so, there's that, too.)

Anyway, I think (hope) this weigh-in is still higher than my true weight, but we'll see tomorrow!
