Interesting, but no surprise. I was too tired to eat last night until it was too late to eat, so no dinner and under RDI for the day. However, no movement, and no physical movement except from the bedroom to the "CHAIR" and back = red arrow.
I have to be at the hospital at 6 am so unlikely I'll be weighing in or recording tomorrow since I assume, I'll be unconscious most of the day.
