My weight seems pretty stable right around 159. I don't mind if it happens at a slow pace but I would like it to continue to decrease and get down to around 149 or 159. I'm not sure though what changes to make to my diet.
Evening hunger/snacking has been an issue this week, it provokes bingey feelings. I crave sweet, snackey things. I satisfy it with cashews with butter and splenda or toast and jam (LC) maybe instead I should take a 5-HTP the next time this comes up.
This week I drank beer on Tuesday and Friday.
