Officially Starting my Diet ... Monday January 6th 2014 ...
Went to the store and got all sorts of fruits and veggies -- grapes, pineapples, melons, bananas, apples, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, red/yellow/and green bell peppers, romaine lettuce, spinach, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc -- when I got home I cut everything up and divided everything up into little baggies for perfect little portions. so I feel like I am starting out on the right path.
