It's really amazing the transformation I've made in my life! I honestly wish someday's that I had done this 3 or 4 years earlier . But the more important thing is it's never to late to start! I'm 35 with 2 kids, a wife, and a 3rd on the way. Change your life for the better! If not for the ones you love, do it for yourself! Show me what you're putting into your body and I'll show you your future. I use to live to eat... now I eat to live. Simple words but think of the magnitude of those few words. It's never going to be easy or everyone would do it. Be brave, be different! Take control of your life/health.
