I knew I was going to gain weight after overeating yesterday (2276 calories to be exact!). I didn't know just how many calories were in a cherry milkshake until I looked it up after drinking it. Really, I should have just not eaten dinner after seeing that I've consumed my caloric alotment for the day, because then my thought pattern was, " I already ate more than I should, what's a few more calories?" I don't think I was even hungry before eating dinner, I just have fond memories of eating burgers and shakes from that restaurant.
