I can report a lose this week!! With eating lots of veggies and drinking lots of water. I did eat out a few times AND there was the Super Bowl party!!! I continue to steadily ride my stationary bike. Counting the days until I can "cut loose"......Feb. 11th. I want to keep my head in the game. I feel better. My clothes fit better. I want to set a new goal, once I hit this one.....again!!!! Thank you FS buddies for being here!
