187 this morning. I broke my fast at around 5:30, poor planning on my part. I'm starting 16/8 today, I really didn't want to fast until 1pm today (would have been over 40 hrs). I should have changed plans tomorrow. Is what it is…

I had a great workout Saturday and Sunday. I can't wait for this freezing weather to go away, I'm ready for some fresh air and sunshine. Off to Omaha tomorrow for a couple of days. Might do some Ice fishing this weekend on Lake Mille lacs.

I'm excited about changing things up, it's like a mini challenge inside of a challenge.
