where do i start ????
sat here in the garden , surrounded by nature . all the birds singing , popping into our space along with their babies . showing them where the food is going to be on a regular basis . me just enjoyed the silence .
taking the time to relax and enjoy what we all take for granted .
yes i know this is not diet related ,but it is the way i feel right now .
sitting still , in full control of my diet , looking for the changes in my body . how about you ?????

Love this entry Maxi! I use my journal as an actual journal too,,and our emotions & moods can directly affect our eating habits so its all relative. Being able to sit still and truly connect to our own mind, bodies, loved ones, nature..is so important, stress does terrible things to the mind, body and soul, it's great to take time out to reflect in gratitude and appreciation. It has taken me a long time to realise exactly who&what is important in life...health and family/loved ones are everything. When we realise that nothing else matters, we take better care of ourselves because we want to enjoy them for as long as possible. So glad u posted this. Can I suggest u look at Insight Timer app free from google play store or you can go straight to the website, it has everything, relaxing music, meditation, sleep sounds, neuroscience, ted talks,,,i swear by it.
