Chicken fillet and potato bake.
800 gr of potatoes
600 gr chicken fillets
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
15 gr of olive oil
10 gr of real butter(light)
180 gr Fage 0% (or light sour cream) + light mayonnaise mixture (150 + 30)
60 gr ketchup
70 gr grated cheese
• Peel the potatoes, thinly slice, dry. Shake over salt and pepper.
• Turn on oven!
• Mix Fage, Ketchup and Mayonnaise. Pour half the amount over the potatoes and mix.
• Dice the chicken fillet, add spices to your taste.
• Chop onions. Grate carrots with a large grater. Fry them in olive oil and at the end add butter(for better taste).
• Lubricate the glass form with a splash of olive oil.
• Lay potatoes on the bottom of the form. Place diced chicken fillets on top. Now cover it with fried onion-carrot mixture. Pour over with the rest of the Fage-mayonnaise-ketchup mixture and spread evenly.
• Add grated cheese.
• Cover it with tin foil and place in a preheated oven at 200 ͦC(with fan). Bake for 40 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Done! Bon Appetite🙃!
