Slowly dropping back down to where I was before getting sick. Did a little Google research and there are indications of water retention when a person is sick. Am still sick, despite thinking yesterday that I was on the mend. Woke up with a sore throat today, but less nasal congestion.

Thank you 🙌 The last leg is always the hardest! I feel so close, but so far, from my goal of 63kgs. Started at 76.7kg and it's been just over 3 months.
