I've been on vacation and sleep, exercise and diet have suffered. I want to get back to 200 by the end of this month so wish me well! I'll be skipping a meal a day and stick to my exercise regimen in a more disciplined fashion. I busted up my eyebrow when I lost a fight with a big wave last week so that has also sidelined me. So far today, I walked for a mile along the beach, got in two sets of upper body reps and had yogurt and energy bar. Fish and salad for lunch and skipping dinner.
