Not budging. Walked the dog outside yesterday, boy were my lungs burning when I got home. Think it was about 40 degrees out and I tried to jog a little. I don't see how people jog consistently in the cold weather! I see them all over the neighborhood. Hurts my lungs and teeth. Need to up the exercise I guess. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can get outside and walk. We live in a very hilly area so it's a good workout.

I wear a scarf around my neck and breathe in to it. I have exercise induced asthma so it helps a lot. But mostly I run on my treadmill inside in he winter, lol!

That's a good idea Suzi. Yeah, I have a treadmill, just really, really prefer going outside :) Going to have to force myself, it's snowing today lol
