Haush! Where did I go wrong, felt heavy all week, changed my RDI to 1200 instead of 1800 but it did'nt help!

It doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Some weeks we owe the scale and some weeks the scale owes us. Sounds like you are retaining water for some reason which is masking your loss. It could be from a whole bunch of factors. Drink your water and keep going.
