I did my exercise at the park today. I didn't do much since it was muggy all afternoon. however I did my stretches, my ab workouts and arm workouts today. everything was based on my upper body parts today. I feel terrible at work when I struggle to lift large cases of beer cans at work but it makes me realize I have to lose the weight to better at any parts of my job. (And, being able to fit in my uniform.) It's hard to work at my size and it is embarrassing when I know I cannot keep up with the other employees too, especially when symptoms of diabetes flare up when I am on my shift. At least I got my sub goal and my main goal at stake.
