This has been a good week. I have really limited my food intake and will try to keep that up for the next couple of weeks. I only ate bread once this whole week which is good. I'd rather get my carbs from fruit and veggies. I've pretty much stuck with unprocessed foods and I have noticed that I don't get these crazy hunger cravings. Exercise hasn't been a problem. I just really want to "de-fluff" a tiny bit before our big spring break vacation to Disney World. Mind over matter is where it's at for me. I've got all the tools I need to do it. I just need to train myself not to live to eat, but eat to live! There is still joy in that motto!
