All my exercises are going very well and physical improvements are now in evidence examples being better form that I am able to hold during exercises or simply the ease that I can now run up or down stairs. In addition to not being able to do a press up I have also found that doing reverse lunges are also very tricky. I know that I can get there and I hope to identify a goldilocks allocation of my effort split between basic exercising, jogging, walking and weights.
On a jogging front yesterday I found a slightly flatter route and completed my second 5K run in 33 minutes. I have ordered some new cast Iron kettle bells to beef up my collection (thanks Piggy Winkle) due on Friday. Also paid for an upgrade to the Fitify Kettlebell app to allow custom exercise sessions.
Today the plan a complete rest from walking or jogging. A bit of kettle belling and some basic exercise practice. and a bit of gardening.
Now I'm back off to bed for a few hours
