We all unfortunately got sick with covid. Thank the lord we all came through. But I dropped almost 10 lbs during it. Then gained most of that back. I started slacking by snacking which was also stalled me. I felt like I had hit a wall so to speak. But I got back to the grind and now I'm heading the right direction again. I go back and forth on saying this is either easy or it's not. It's never easy ;but it gets easier as you go. If that makes any sense at all.

Well not the baby but my son & daughter had it but thankfully were both asymptomatic. But yes the grind continues. My 1 year anniversary of this lifestyle change will be October 7th so I'm excited to see what will be my loss total at that point.
