Amazing 👏👏, I also started at 115.4kg, on 19 weeks and now at 97kg towards my target of 80kg. Keep going.

Thanks so much for all the kind comments, and well done one your Journey so far. You are all doing great. Just a side note. I haven't been updating on YouTube for a couple of months. Life just got in the way and I have gotten so behind on my videos. I am thinking of just combining all of the past months weightloss in one video and then picking it up from there.
