So I logged EVERYTHING in March for both food and exercise and low and behold I ate 95,580 calories and burned 128,623 calories during the month. Sure enough I had a net delta of -33,000 calories. Divide 33K by 3.5K and sure enough it says I should have lost ~9.42 lbs. Amazingly spot on once again proving it's all about input vs output.
