So I totally miscalculated my macros yesterday, and got 40g more protein than I expected. Fat was very close to target, carbs were a little high due to some cravings, but it wasn't horrible. No deficit though. I feel bloated today, and the waist measurement bears that out. Hate that feeling.
Today I will relax on the protein and just try to eat some good food.
