I saw my urologist the other day. And he's concerned about my weight and said to start following the mediterranean diet. Especially fish.
I'm not a seafood eater. I do like prawns on the odd occasion (need to be in the mood for it) but i haven't eaten fish since I was a kid.
So I gave it a go. I took a bite of some battered deep sea dory and just no. I could not eat it. The texture reminded me of sushi (and i don't like sushi).
I don't remember why I stopped eating fish when i was a kid. Maybe a bad experience.
But I won't be eating fish on this mediterranean diet.
