All it took was 50-mile bicycle ride with 80's music ON piercing thru my ears (Eagles, Duran Duran, Dire Straits, Def Leppard and of course talented Madonna ! LOL and then voila.. I lost 1/2 LB :) but I feel OLD ! lol

it amazes me the distance you and a few other cyclist on here go each day. 50 (fifty) miles! I freaking drive 9mi to my work. you rode a bike 5x that distance. great job 👍🏻 keep at it.

Gramily, I use Samsung Health app with bluetooth earphone on for boom boom music 🤣
The app will pause the music momentarily & let you know the distance you have covered and the remaining distance to go. I use that info to pace myself not to go above my maximum heart rate. Best to monitor your effort for endurance.

I do bike but it’s trail biking. An hour at the most, it’s tough 🥵 but feels amazing when completed. WTG!! 🌟💪🏼🌟

Oh my God— Duran Duran and Depeche Mode. Thought I would never survive those years. I was not only the mom who drove everyone, I was the mom who went to the concert with them. Sucked but that was the deal. They could see anyone they wanted but I went too.
