I've been drinking at the most 64oz of water on a daily basis. I do drink a diet coke once in a blue moon. Sometimes I'm drinking close to a gallon of water. I do drink decaf coffee in the mornings. I am low on my activities when it comes to exercising. My inches around my body did increase to where I gained. I got a hangy down belly that pokes out of shirts and I look forward to shrinking that, and everything else in between.

👋morgan..wanted to share that my "rule of thumb" for drinking water is to take in half my body weight, so I drink @50-55 oz. daily🤙
