So I have been quite bad - haven't been going to the gym and I have been comfort eating like there is no tomorrow! But starting up again today! I threw out all the chips and chocolates at home. Now to just get the will power to walk past the tuck shop at work and not nip in for a quick chocolate!

I tend to remember I am trying to lose weight as I take the last bite of chocolate or finish that packet of chips. Will need to put reminders up in my office that will keep me focused!

Lets see how this new challenge will go!
