I know in my mind I can do this . Nit a problem , myself and him in doors (Mr Nasty) had a few words yesterday . He can be really horrible with what he calls me . Not putting them on here . Because most are nasty swear words. So all afternoon and evening yesterday I refused to hold a conversation with him . And say goes for today . When ever I fall off tge waggon so to speak this is when . I went to tesco bought some chocolate 🍫 . Say in the car
Stuffing my face and it felt bloody good . Now though I am annoyed because I have failed my challenge.
Now all I am getting is the miserable old sod groaning in pain because he wants me to speak first . Got along way to go before that happens. We'll had my groan , now back to my diet and see how we do next
