DAY 11: Great morning!!!!! I’m going to call this the learning myself/body blog. Anywho I gained weight…… I don’t care to much because I’ve been doing right!!!! With my intermittent fasting I did eat early yesterday nothing crazy I did about 15/9 and another difference I had 3 meals all within 1300 calories. What I did differently was I ate meat. While meat don’t effect some it effects me in this way because I have a slower digestion and yesterday proved it. I had 2 slices of deli turkey with breakfast and one slice on a sandwich for lunch and I had a taco bowl last night with 4 oz of ground turkey. My carb intake in time past used to be like 64% in a day sometimes more it is now down to 20% in a day! I have eaten less carbs these past 8 days than I have on a normal day in my life so I’m excited for that!!! I did 4 Christian Zumba dances yesterday about 20 mins! So I will continue doing right and focusing on the positives. My family said I’m looking slimmer so I’ll just have to take their word for it! Skipping breakfast today 😊
