As expected, I did gain weight from yesterday's poor travel eating. :( The good thing is that my 4-month old slept through *most of the night last night! Yay! The bad part.....my 6-year-old wasn't feeling good and woke me up at 4a.m. BooooO! :( I just can't win. Oh well....a mother's job is never done, right? :) Despite feeling cranky and extremely tired, I managed to get a workout in this morning. Yay! The problem is that I had to stop somewhere in the middle, to feed the baby. Once I put her back down for a nap, I started where I left off, though. Hopefully it counts for something....
**MORNING WORKOUT** 1)Jillian Michaels' "30 Day shred" (3 different weights)...and did all of the reps and sets; but had to take a break in the middle to feed the baby.
**EVENING WORKOUT** 1)Treadmill: ~27minutes (not sure bec. I accidently pressed the *PROGRAM* button, and it re-set everything. I know I had already done at least 5min. before it reset. At least. Distance: 5 laps (1.26 miles) Incline: 3, 4, 4.5, 6.5 Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 Burned: Calories: 172 Fat Cals: 53.9
