Staying steady- in spite of business trips and social engagements. Trying to keep my weight around 140. Allowing myself a drink or glass(es) of wine on the weekend. Fri, Sat, Sun... is this a slippery slope?
Really, 140 is my happy weight but probably a bit thin. I love how I look at this weight. I have always preferred a boyish figure to a curvy one. I feel more agile.
