So on Saturday I was 135! which was great cause that was my goal weight, but since then I have been having "little cheats" a work, home, etc. So i went back up a bit. Today is my fasting day and I'm going to go pick up the stuff now, I think it's perfect timing that I'm starting cycle 2 tomorrow because I think that will stop the cheating. Not sure how much I'm expected to lose in cycle 2 but I think another 5lb will be a good goal, that would bring me to 130! crazy awesome, I'm going to try to exercise more often to help aid in the cycle as I wasn't really exercising at all in the last one.
