I had a fun pizza filled weekend with lots of desert. Idk what it is but maintenance seems almost boring to me at times. So in a weird way I've found myself letting loose on weekends. Then seeing how hard I need to work to get back down during the week. I weighed myself after all of the bad and it said 229 lbs😳😳😳 yes I know it's mostly salt/water/the bad stuff I had. But it's like a game to me to go up and then down. Probably sounds a little crazy. But it's a way for me to reward myself and a system for long term success I believe. Rather than losing it but not being able to maintain the loss for the rest of my life. So don't fret about the bad days... start fresh the next day.

How do I modify Kelloggs All Bran muffins from 1-1/4 milk at 153 cal to 1-1/4 c 35 cal almond milk ( for as written for the rest recipe) total cal is 160 per muffin?

DP - Yes I've seen them attack others 🤣 I considered posting the 229 lbs but didn't want everyone to do an intervention on me. Weight is fluid and I don't want a "pep talk" every time I "gain" weight. So I don't post it all the time for just that reason which I saw you mention in the past. I'm weird idk.
