I had a fun pizza filled weekend with lots of desert. Idk what it is but maintenance seems almost boring to me at times. So in a weird way I've found myself letting loose on weekends. Then seeing how hard I need to work to get back down during the week. I weighed myself after all of the bad and it said 229 lbs😳😳😳 yes I know it's mostly salt/water/the bad stuff I had. But it's like a game to me to go up and then down. Probably sounds a little crazy. But it's a way for me to reward myself and a system for long term success I believe. Rather than losing it but not being able to maintain the loss for the rest of my life. So don't fret about the bad days... start fresh the next day.

I love doing that! Plus it really gets a rise out of fs folks if you lose and gain 3-5 pounds overnight. 😉

How do I modify Kelloggs All Bran muffins from 1-1/4 milk at 153 cal to 1-1/4 c 35 cal almond milk ( for as written for the rest recipe) total cal is 160 per muffin?

Denise - I'm still a work in progress 🤣 Pixie and Cindy - Thanks😉 Kat - 🙂 DP - Yes I've seen them attack others 🤣 I considered posting the 229 lbs but didn't want everyone to do an intervention on me. Weight is fluid and I don't want a "pep talk" every time I "gain" weight. So I don't post it all the time for just that reason which I saw you mention in the past. I'm weird idk. Suzie - I have no idea about your muffins🤣 Drag & Diminishing - I agree with both of you.
