Wow... I think this must have been a set point for my weight because it seems like it took forever for me to get over that 40 pound mark!
My boyfriend and I are going to Atlanta for a 3-day weekend starting Saturday. And then there is a family reunion and cookout at my dad's a few days later on the 4th. This week is going to be a challenge! I intentionally got us a hotel room with a fridge and microwave for this weekend, so I can pack myself some healthy snacks to keep me from screwing up. I think I might make a big salad or some sort of healthy side dish to take to the reunion, to make it easier on myself. I think my family wants me to bring a dessert but if I do, it is going to have to be a sugar-free one!
