It might be a loss due to the fact that I spent six days at work covering for the head bartender. Six days, two of those were twelve hour days, of carrying liquor and beer and other assorted bottles up stairs and walking, walking, walking. Plus, not really getting more than 20 minutes for a snack, let alone a lunch break! (However, the pay is *totally* worth it!)
Looking for another good week this week. Not because I'm working hard...in fact, just the opposite! I'm only working three days this week! Yippee! Yahoo! I've got Friday through Monday off! And I'm planning to have fun...lots of it!
I'm going to try some new workout DVDs and revisit some old ones. I'm going to explore a different part of the Don Valley Trail. I'm going to float in the outdoor pool. I'm going to do some new yoga poses. (Found a great article on "Yoga for Cyclists.) And I'm going to have a couple of movie marathons. "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy most definitely and maybe "Indiana Jones."
Feeling positive and full of energy! Lighter and looser and free! A great start to the summer!
