that's 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm eating a little healthier. still not journaling my meals, because I'm lazy when it comes to that but my day mainly consist of a slice of breakfast pizza (from a gas station) or a pack of Little Debbie Donuts 3 20oz coffees before 9 am, usually just a bottled water for lunch, a snack around 1pm of a 0 carb energy drink and a small bag of chips, then dinner around 4pm of a Loaded salad. Now that I see some weight coming off this weekend I might track a couple day in my journal just to see what my caloric intake is. But it seems to be working. the 2 biggest changes in my eating habits is Salad for dinners and quit drinking Cokes.
