thank you Addison. I'm really struggling this week just feel constantly hungry 😩 I basically ate around 1300 calories in chocolate and xriaps yesterday said I would draw a line but struggling I think its being in the office and boredem

It's difficult leah,I know I'm often hungry. Luckily i love gardening and have a large garden so when I feel the urge to eat I have a cuppa and go and do job's in the garden. But when ur at work it's harder cuz that's often all u can think about. Have u tried taking a lunch box just with low calorie snacks in? I get some biscuits which r only 71 calories for 2! I'll have 1 of those in the morning and save 1 for afternoon cuppa xx

My problem is I eat when I am NOT hungry!! I don't mind eating if I am genuinley hungry eg after a swim, Lea. But other times I eat because I am bored or if the stuff is just 'there' Its weird!!
