it's not a good sign and i need to make more effort and reduce carbs to the minimum ,last week i destroyed my diet and workout systems and here is the result . :(

reducing carbs isnt necesarily the answer. Yes reduced processed junk. i would say focus on adding more protein to your diet. check out this link on how to calculate how much to eat of each macro. Dont cut more and 20%.
