The last two weeks have been rough. I've missed a lot of work out days for various reasons, and then there was a family vacation out of town. That meant over eating although I did keep the alcohol to a minimum which was good. I finished up the weekend with either food poisoning or some other stomach bug. I ate next to nothing on Monday and only a small amount on Tuesday which probably normalized my weight from the vacation! I'm feeling better and trying to get back on track now with exercise.
