Wow, I dropped 3.2 lbs in the last week. The hunger I had a week ago really seemed to disappear the past few days, and I haven't cared too much about eating. Not having cravings. I am now down 9.4 lbs total. That crazy body fat meter in my scale dropped a couple of percentage points also (it's got a long way to go, lol).

Had tilapia for dinner last night, cooked in a lightly oiled pan and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Was going to broil it, but my A/C unit went out yesterday, so I didn't use the oven as it was already 90 degrees in my house. Thankfully the A/C will be replaced today (the whole system...oy, don't get me started). Today's menu...turkey bacon/egg/wheat toast for breakfast, Subway sweet onion chicken teriyaki on wheat for lunch, and for dinner I'm making tacos (with ground turkey and black beans) which I may or may not have on tortillas depending on how hungry I am.
