Hit a sticking point, weight fluctuating up and down a pound. Not too concerned. Been upping my walking but am seriously lagging on strength training.
Used to be really motivated with the weights and hated cardio. Now something has flipped love getting out and walking. Even after upping my daily steps to 15,000 having no problems averaging way over that.
The weight loss is nice but body composition is not pretty. I am completely aware of how much weight training will help my health and weight loss just finding it hard to get re-motivated.
